This is the personal website of the folk singer Ana Borisova. This policy sets out what personal data is processed when you use it, and how.

What is collected

The site collects only what you enter yourself in the invitation form or the contact form: name, organisation, telephone, email address, town, the date you have in mind and the text of your message. Your IP address and browser details are recorded alongside them, for protection against automated spam and nothing else.

What it is used for

The data is used only so that you receive an answer to your enquiry. It is not passed to third parties, it is not used for advertising and it is not sold.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed for the correspondence, and no longer than three years after the last contact. You may ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Cookies

The site uses one technical session cookie, needed to protect the forms against misuse. It does not track your behaviour and is not shared with anyone. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Embedded video

Videos from YouTube and Facebook are loaded only after you click on the image. Until that moment no data is sent to those platforms. Once a video is loaded, the privacy terms of that platform apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted and to object to it. To exercise these rights, get in touch with us. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
